(The Hosting News) – GlobalSign and Hosting Controller recently announced the integration of SSL ordering and installation into Hosting Controller’s control panel, enabling dedicated SSL to be activated and resold (and transparently installed) down the chain, from host to reseller to end customer, with ease.
This is the first time Hosting Controller has activated dedicated SSL (a unique SSL Certificate for use on a unique website) within its control panel. The new solution allows HC customers to simply create a GlobalSign product plan and pricing model, which becomes immediately available to their resellers and customers via the control panel. This is the first fully automated application and installation solution to be made available via control panel software. Offering a simplified SSL selling and activation process, Hosting Controller’s HC8 webhosting panel will assist web hosting companies who wish to adopt SSL Certificates into their product portfolios as a value added product. Â
